Job Description
- Providing all necessary support to the leadership team in daily HR operations including managing full employee life-cycle and building HR team;
- Ensuring people development, company culture shaping;
- Increasing the Employee Engagement, promoting and putting in place diversity & inclusion programs;
- Securing the process of performance management in order to increase the effectiveness of the team to hit customer satisfaction target rates;
- Providing constant coaching and support for the change management purposes
- Responsible for development of concepts, strategies and tools for integrated performance management (including performance management, talent management and succession planning), and training variety of skills (including leadership management, management training)
- Provide clarity and support in execution for Salary, Bonus Program, Salary Structure, union trade...
- At least 5 years in Manager level
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Knowledge of labor legislation ·
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Prefer candidates from big production companies & live near Quy Nhon Province
