Job Description

- Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with managers to create content of job ads for current openings;
  • Be responsible for advertising job openings on careers pages or social networks as well as responsible for CV source;
  • Process the recruitment base: screening CVs, interviewing, making Intern offer, interact with candidates, etc.;
  • Manage and report about recruitment situation, candidate management, the efficiency of recruiting method;
  • Be responsible to create/update HR manual, recruitment template, or any related documents;

Admin task:

  • Manage office operations, office equipment, properties, and stationeries;
  • Check, control, and making payment for office expenses: Internet, stationery, parking fee, taxi, car,…..;
  • Assisting with newcomer onboarding for company regulations, office devices;
  • Proceed required report to related Government Departments;
  • Complete internal HR reports as per Company requirements;
  • Support for Legal Department’s Gatekeeper tasks;
  • Support internal team's task when needed;

Requirement

  • Having career orientation in HR, looking for official position/long-term commitment
  • Bachelor Degree (Law background is preferred)
  • English: TOEIC 600+ OR Japanese: JPLT N3 or above
  • No experience required;
