MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

• To Implement, monitor, and resolve the arising issues related to Import – Export.
• To check documents and complete customs procedures related to import and export goods (machinery, equipment, raw materials, etc…)
• To make and adjust the Bill of Materials, Production Norm (BOM)
• To monitor the data of raw materials, and products to compare and check with the Accounting department, and Warehouse department.
• To make annual settlement report with Customs.
• Proficient in Customs procedures, circulars, decrees, and regulations in the field of Import and Export.
• Able to reciprocate with Customs and State agencies.
• Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary.

YÊU CẦU:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Import-Export, Commerce major, and related major.
• Have 12 years of working experience above (in which 2~3 years of experience in the same position).
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in Import-Export Japanese export processing companies.
• English communication, reporting, and work by email. Prefer to know more about Japanese
• Good at the office computer.
• Be careful and timely at work.
• Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.

• Working days: Monday-Friday and 1-2 Saturday /months (7:45 am - 4:30 pm,45' lunch break).
• Shuttle bus: 4 routes (From Hang Xanh, Thu Duc, Bien Hoa, and Ba Ria).
• 13-Month salary
• Bonus 2 times per year.
