ERP Operations Consultant

The Operations Consultant will work with partner implementation team and end-users to assist with the successful implementations and maintenance of our company’s D365 for Finance and Operations based ERP systems. The functions may include business requirements gathering, review designing solutions, review configuration, training, testing, and supporting of our company deployments.

– Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution, components and prototypes;

– Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities;

– Planning and executing data conversion activities;

– Driving test planning and execution;

– Support users for go-live and troubleshooting experience;

– Complete design/configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics AX/365FO of modules and key third-party products;

– Review project documentation such as: Functional Requirements Document, Functional Customization Specifications, User Acceptance Test Scripts, and End User Training Documentation;

– Build integrations to perform data conversion tasks and additional integrations based on requirements;

– Lead all tasks relating to feature testing, solution testing, and user acceptance testing;

– Assist with escalation support for help desk;

– Work with management to keep project on schedule and recommend needed action to meet deadlines;

– Design/Create financial statements with Management Reporter/ Financial Reporter and other financial reporting tools Power BI.

– Required qualification: University with major in IT/ Finance/ Accounting…

– At least 3 years of experience with D365FO;

– Substantial D365FO Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Production background;

– Experience in interfacing with end-users and gathering business requirements;

– Experience in designing and coordinating multiple D365FO full cycle deployments;

– Required to demonstrate credibility with the client and be able to articulate how Dynamics D365FO will add value to their business;

– Worked on multiple successful implementations both on-site and remote;

– Strong organizational and communication skills are required;

– D365FO Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Production certifications are recommended;

– Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have strong analytical acumen;

– Proficient in communication skill, both in English and Vietnamese;

– Have experience working with foreign project is a plus.
