Job Description

  • Leading a team of developers and engineers, collaborating with product managers, and improving company policies and standards.
  • You will plan and monitor work schedules and cash flows, and work with multiple and diverse teams.
  • Aligning engineering activities and projects with company goals and objectives, providing expert guidance and support, approving newly-developed policies from various departments, and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in identifying and navigating organizational changes, a keen interest in international trends in engineering and leadership, and above-average emotional intelligence.
  • Leading the team through management and mentorship, building the team culture.
  • Developing standardizes roles, reporting hierarchy and career paths
  • Developing standards and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met and consistent.
  • Recommending technological developments and improvements inefficiency.
  • Developing the team to ensure quality end products
  • Contributing to recruitment activities.

Requirement

  • At least 8 years in practical, management and hands-on experiences in web (prefer technologies: NodeJS / Javascript or .NET Framework) or application development and at least 4 years of management
  • Strong organizational leadership skills. 
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and passion for process optimization 
  • Extensive experience in working with stakeholders to create hiring strategies to develop quality teams.
  • Previous working experience in software design and developing customer-orientated platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms. 
  • Must be knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and change management. 
  • Bachelor's degree within the engineering field or similar 
  • Experience in recruiting Engineers and contributors. 
  • Be comfortable with a flexible schedule to work effectively with global teams
