* Employer Branding & Employee Engagement (50%):

• Manage and update company career social channels to promote recruitment & employer brand
• Research and work on programs to enhance our employer brand
• Design activities to propagate and spread the values of freeC culture inside and outside the firm.
• Friendly communicate, listen and follow employees in order to fulfill their necessary needs and requirements
• Plan and execute activities to improve and increase employee experience and engagement
• Work as a cultural steward: develop overall capacity to build a healthy, cohesive, collaborative, enjoyable, fair, and equitable workplace.

* Recruitment (50%):

• Take over and drive the full end to end recruitment process for variety vacancies such as Recruitment Consultant, Business Development (B2B), Marketing, Customer Success, and other Teams based on Company’s structure
• Work closely with the Hiring Manager to understand the hiring requirements/ job description
• Keep industry knowledge, employment trends, and recruiting strategies in order to attract highly sought-after talent.

* Experience:

• At least 1 years of experience in Employer Branding/ Talent Acquisition
• Good experience in employer branding, developing communication channels for potential candidates is a plus
• Experience in plan and implementing activities: Happy Hour, Team Building, Year end Party is a plus  

* Skill set & Personality:

• Good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
• Good at English
• Highly proactive, customer-oriented, good mindset, logical thinking
• Flexibility, high responsibility, and ability to work independently and under high pressure
• Energetic, good-humored, and exuberant in personality is a plus
