- Help us build the best online cosmetic and personal care shop in Vietnam

- Set up and manage e-commerce sales channels - marketplaces, website, social media accounts and other online sales channels

- Order management for all e-commerce channels (Marketplaces, Website, social media, …)

- Drive e-commerce sales activities, promotion and marketing campaigns

- Work closely with a brand representative, manufacturers, influencers or business partners from all over the world, in order to support sales in Vietnam

- Perform market research and competitor analysis

- Answer inquiries from customers or business partners

- Create and execute effective social media communication (Zalo, Facebook, Instagram,...)

- Monitor the fulfilment process and make sure that customers receive their ordered products by supervising the external warehousing and delivery partners

- Digitally track your work progress and report to your managers on a regular basis

- Work with designers and marketers on creating advertising and promotion materials

- Support copywriting & content creation

- Help with any other tasks assigned by Manager, necessary for the company to deliver on its goals

- Test the new products and help us estimate the potential for Vietnamese market - Yes, that also means free product samples of cool brands from all over the world. Be the first person in Vietnam to test them and decide which to import and sell.

- Great communication ability in English and Vietnamese - as you would be working in an international team.

- Want to learn new things and grow personally and professionally.

- Independent critical and logical thinking.

- Not afraid to ask for feedback or guidance from your manager

- Able to work under pressure.

- Strong sales-oriented and data-driven.

- Experiences from e-commerce channels such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo or others would be a big advantage.

- Digital marketing experience would be a big advantage

- SEO, copywriting or content management would be a big advantage

- Experience in social media management or blogging, vlogging, beauty, healthcare, influencer or other proven results would be a great advantage

- Fix salary: 10-15 mil/ month, based on your experience

- Monthly sales bonus: % from sales can be multiple of your fix salary

- Full-time labour contract with social insurance according to the law

- 13th salary
