Working Address

Receive orders from sale channels and place order to suppliers
Manage orders on marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki…), website or other online sales channels
Manage packaging team supporting order fulfilment (be a good team leader)
Check products’ quantity and quality
Print Purchase Order, pick list and fulfill the orders
Send orders via logistic companies & communicate with shippers
Building shipping relationship
Take photos, videos when packing and signing up for delivery
Manage packing materials (boxes, stickers, thank you card, leaflets, etc)
Checking stock and update inventory
Manage and keep track returned orders status to make sure no loss and report to Customer service
Learn to use e-commerce enabler software, warehouse management system, Seller center of marketplaces and other tools
Handover Returned products back to suppliers monthly

Basic communication ability in English as you would be working in an international team.
Experiences from e-commerce channels (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Sendo) is an advantage
Independent critical and logical thinking.
Not afraid to ask for feedback or guidance from your manager
