Job Description
- Lead, manage, improve quality & performance of drivers;
- Manage driver operations and ensure compliance with Lalamove’s driver policies, processes and operational standards;
- Lead and improve driver community to increase driver engagement and goodwill;
- Lead cross-team’s initiatives in order to handle customer's special requests.
- Motivate, coach, support operations staff and ensure their KPIs are achieved;
- Propose process and service improvement suggestions related to speed and quality;
- Lead and manage other ad-hoc projects.
- Degree holder having 3+ years of operations experience, preferably in a logistics/e-commerce fulfillment environment; with 1-2 years of leadership experience;
- Strong in Data and Report Analysis.
- Knowledge and understanding of mobile and web technologies;
- Proven track record of hands on leadership experience through managing sizable teams;
- Strong empathy to understand the needs of drivers and users. Calm under pressure. You have excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks;
- Good level of English;
