Job Description

1. Personalization at scale

  • Build customer data platform (CDP), identify-resolution platform, and data management platform (DMP).
  • Assist campaign managers and cross-team partners in setting up appropriate tracking parameters for media.
  • Drive a number of customers and real lifetime value growth through up-selling & cross-selling.
  • Designing, building and operationalizing dashboards that answer key business questions and/or visualize the outcomes of marketing campaigns across channels (e.g. Paid Search, Programmatic Display), as well as hypothesis-driven experiments in CRM, user experience, and product.

2. Data management

  • Synthesize and democratize large data sets into manageable, accessible reports; deliver routine reporting to relevant teams.
  • Assimilate and compile data from multiple sources, and draw actionable conclusions that can be measured and supported through reporting.

3. Data analysis

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing spend and optimize per brand objectives and business goals.
  • Data deep dives into campaign performance to identify optimal investment strategies, SEM/SEO optimizations, audience segmentation, and targeting opportunities.
  • Analyze ad tech and site features, consumer search behaviors, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and the customer journey (pathing) for insights to action for media, SEO, content, and brand strategy.
  • Experience building data-driven customer data platform based on segmentation (behavioral, demographic, etc.) & conducting growth experiments, A/B, and multivariate tests, and funnel analysis with a proven track record of success.
  • 3+ years of experience working with SQL or relational databases - e.g. BigQuery.
  • 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools - e.g. Looker, Google Data Studio.
  • Experience manipulating large data sets through object-oriented programming (ex: Python), statistical software (R), or other methods.
  • Prior experience building regression and machine learning-driven models is a plus.
  • Experience with data management, specifically with building data systems and validating reports from disparate systems.
