Be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with clients, as well as understanding their requirements and objectives to give meaningful recommendations;
Act as the main contact point between client and internal team (Digital Planning, Digital Optimization), respond quickly to problems that arise throughout projects and provide appropriate client consultation;
Handle client’s requests on a daily basis.
Manage campaign from planning to executing across all digital channels with all related stakeholders;
Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure that the project achieves KPIs on schedule, within budget and with good quality;
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report for client and internal team to evaluate campaign progress;
Take responsibility for the internal team's efficiency and success, as well as project outcomes;
Plan for P&L (monthly and quarterly P&L), then track and ensure that the team achieves the P&L goal;
Assist with paperwork, contract management and payment processing.
No experience requirements.
Have knowledge of Marketing/Digital Marketing;
