Job Description
- Policy/Rule design for responding to inquiries from member stores (EC businesses) and end-users.
- Customer support operations.
- Management of CS members.
- Localization of service UI (to translate and improve the sentences of websites and apps that. customers see easy to convey)
- Implemented with designers and engineers.
- Continuous UI / UX improvement with other members.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English or Japanese
- More than 3 years of experience related to the JD highlight above
- Experience of working at a startup/venture company.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
- The ability of critical thinking, thinking about how to realize our vision on a zero basis.
- Analytical skills with an attention to detail to research and resolve issues.
- Have a strong interest in both leading and working within a team environment.
- Experience you draw the way you should be and move forward in the process of achieving it, without being bound by the conventional framework.
- Work experience that build the relationship and promote things independently, with stakeholders to solve problems.
