Job Description

  • Communicate directly with drivers on issues to understand & manage drivers' expectations;
  • Work with the internal teams (Customer Service, Finance & other stakeholders) to investigate driver's issues & deliver optimal solutions;
  • Engage and collaborate with every function within the Driver Operations team and others, both lateral and vertical, to escalate information of driver's current issues and propose changes (if needed) in process & policy for driver;
  • Track, monitor & report on the driver's journey and relevant activities, including: delivery timeliness, behavior, uniform compliance, fraud etc.
  • Start-up spirit & working under high pressure;
  • An open-minded individual with excellent interpersonal skills that can interact and influence people with different profiles (age, nationality, experience, background);
  • Patience, attentiveness and adaptable attitude to cope with new challenges;
  • Being empathetic — the ability to understand and share the feelings of another;
  • Strong sense of prioritization, and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time, without compromising on quality;
  • Understand team’s main KPIs & propose appropriate plans to hit targets;
  • Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred;
  • Previous experience in operations background/customer service is a plus/advantage;
  • Vietnamese national with fluency in Vietnamese is required;
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal.
