Job Description

  • Support the Head of Department in supervising the activities of the Customer Service Department
  • Together with the Head of Department to build the internal working process (Hotline/Online/Confirmation/Return); between the Customer Service Department and other departments in the company to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the process and with high efficiency as required.
  • Develop job descriptions/capability assessment criteria for employees…etc. based on actual requirements from the job.
  • Organize periodic surveys and evaluations of customers on deal quality, customer care service quality; listen to customers‘ opinions and expectations to build an effective customer service system.
  • Monitoring the quality through the customer’s survey and evaluation plan as well as the flow of customer feedback on product/service quality.
  • Coordinating with the relevant Department Heads to provide support measures to resolve customer complaints in a satisfactory and timely manner to ensure effective customer service activities.
  • Make reports under the direction of Head Customer Service Contact Center
  • Support Training and update Report daily

Requirement

  • Must have expertise in law, accounting and auditing; enough experience, credibility and competence to execute their assigned tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office computer applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • English communication is an advantage.
  • At least 1 years’ experience in customer service.
  • Honest.
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Able to working under high pressure.
