• External communication with the client via email and phone about:
- Making Doctor visit appointment
- Providing guideline document for Covid-19 vaccination, isolation, emergency contact…
- Healthcare benefit: claim status, claim guideline, direct billing…
• Ensure the respect of timeline of answer as mentioned in the internal guideline;
• Update information of medical guideline from Government for Covid-19 pandemic and prepare Sales kit/Customer Care kit;
• Keep update and relationship with partner Medical Providers;
• Manage client data on internal Management System and CRM;
• Other tasks assigned by Line manager.
- Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word,...);
- High integrity, good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Client-oriented, innovative and critical sense;
- Be able to work in a team and under pressure;
- Be able to work in Shift;
- Good English is an advantage;
- Experienced in Customer Service/Insurance/Healthcare is a bonus (fresher are also welcomed)
- Working time: Monday -Friday(8h30am-5h30pm) or work in shifts (if requested)
- Negotiation Salary (7-10Mil) up to your experience;
