Job Description

Produce content for inbound marketing activities such as blogs, testimonials, newsletters, social media, etc.
Review, update and edit existing content
Assist in planning and implementing multi-channel content calendar such as website, social media, events, software, etc.
Measure campaigns’ effectiveness with OKRs
Copy-write content for lead nurturing programs such as email campaigns, onboarding guides, help center articles
Coordinate with the design team to create visual materials

Must be fluent in English (advanced writing) and Vietnamese
Proven work experience in creating content, at least 1 year of content writing
Be familiar with a wide range of digital marketing channels (website & blogs, social media, email marketing)
A keen eye for details
Strong communicator who works well independently and with a team
Language major graduate is a plus
