Job Description
- Educate customers about our product features and their benefits.
- Create product content to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.
- Assist members of our sales team on calls with prospects when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.
- Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
- Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
- Engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
- Work alongside other members to help distribute content that educates and supports marketing goals.
- Attend weekly company and sales team meetings
- Experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Build product pages, optimize the conversion paths on those pages, and use dynamic calls-to-action to create and test buyer stage-specific calls-to-action.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
- Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life.
- Having experience in F&B industry is a bonus
