Job Description

- Manage operating activities at the Clinic;

- Work closely with the Medical Director and other departments to ensure the quality of service from the ‘medical to non-medical’ experience;

- Responsible for the coordination between the Clinic and other departments at Head Office such as Operations, Accounting, HR, Marketing/Sales …;

- Manage materials and equipment at the clinic;

- Manage human resource and build internal culture;

- Make plans and proposals for the recruitment of operators and professional personnel with directors;

- Develop potential partners / personnel relationships and connections in general;

- Plan materials and equipment at the clinic;

- Handle the administrative work / paperwork of the clinic;

- Responsible for the satisfaction of Customers at the clinic;

- Contact and take care of customers who come directly to the clinic;

- Propose and implement programs to promote sales and products at the clinic;

- Other jobs as assigned by higher management.

Requirement

- University graduate in Medicine, Business English, Business Administration or related major;

- Have at least 3 years of experience in equivalent positions in high-end clinics.

- Good at English

- Good-looking, good communication skills and customer persuasion, ability to work independently, teamwork. Ability to work under pressure.

- Ability to coordinate work and evaluate business efficiency, customer care

- Ability to analyze, think logically, solve situations. Flexible thinking.
