  • Managing all tech teams.
  • Discussing with CEO and deciding direction of technology.
  • Maintaining all products.
  • Supporting for recruiting best IT talents.
  • Training for fresher and junior tech members.

Yêu cầu

  • At least 5-year-experience of development.
  • Has enough experience and knowledge for both front and server side (Especially, Ruby, JavaScript, React).
  • Has experience in developing and operating service which MAU is more than 100,000 users.
  • Has experience in making development strategy based on long-term perspective not short-term.
  • Has passion to build the team as well as product due to CEO wants to make tech team stronger.
  • Has enough communication skills in English.
