Training for fresher and junior tech members.

At least 5-year-experience of development.
Has enough experience and knowledge for both front and server side (Especially, Ruby, JavaScript, React).
Has experience in developing and operating service which MAU is more than 100,000 users.
Has experience in making development strategy based on long-term perspective not short-term.
Has passion to build the team as well as product due to CEO wants to make tech team stronger.
Has enough communication skills in English.
