Job Description

Collect financial, industry and market data/information, conducting analysis on targeted companies
Identify and recommend shortlists of potential deal targets
Draft deal documentation, such as proposals, teasers, memorandums and presentations, working with 3rd party providers in due diligence, deal valuation and financial structuring etc.
Coordinate with head office and its funds for financial transfers related to M&A transactions
Undertake necessary business travels and meetings, regularly communicating with potential deal targets and third party service providers
Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the management
Drive business development with the objective of building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential investment opportunities

10+ years of work experience in similar roles, preferably in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, etc.
Hands-on experience with venture investment, deal execution, due diligence, fundraising and portfolio management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
