Chief Accountant

You will work at the MIBS Co., Ltd (Event & Communication Agency)

– Directly report to BODs on accounting matters and ensures the proper function of the company;

– Responsible for the management and supervision of the Accounting Department;

– Establish and implement the accounting procedures and systems within the company according to Local Regulations and Rules;

– To assist the MD in the planning of the annual budget and implementation;

– Responsible for financial inputs of the company and all insurance issues;

– Correspond with the company’s key customers, principals, and agents in relation to finance and accounting issues;

– Establish and implement the budget and financial system;

– Responsible for preparation and filing of weekly, monthly, quarterly reports;

– To prepare annual reports and tax statements in cooperation with the company auditor and tax consultant;

– To provide financial reports promptly;

– To analyze the management information, prepare and provide proposals to MD regarding optimization of company cash flow, treasury, credit facilities, and working capital;

– To liaise with bankers to achieve optimum service and facilities;

– To liaise with the government officials responsible for answering and participating in relevant government surveys;

– Responsible for other duties;

Accounting

– Ensures that the accounting activities comply with the corporate and internal regulatory guidelines;

– Provide timely reports including monthly, quarterly and year ended reports: target 100% on schedule;

– Control payments and receipts strictly follow procedure;

– No bad debts;

Taxation

– Tax compliance: declare and pay in a timely manner;

Other tasks included purchasing activities

– Complete all tasks assigned by the Finance Manager in a timely manner;

– Enable to back up for purchasing activities;

– Priority to Event or Communication Agency;

– University degree or above majored in Accounting;

– Familiar with tax regulations and International tax regulations;

– Vietnamese Certified Chief Accountant or above;

– At least 5 years of accounting work experience and 3 years of accountant management experience;

– Familiar with Office Software and accounting software;

– Work independently and self-motivated and highly integrity;
