Job Description

- Salary and benefit regimes for employees in the Company.

  • Advise the Board of Directors about establishing the regulations on salary and bonus and welfare - stimulating employees to work, implementing regimes for employees.
  • Supervising and managing the tasks and policies related to C&B (including salary, bonus, benefits, compulsory social insurance, evaluation, rewards, etc.)
  • Building the career development program for company’s employees and Planning the human resources to better serve the business and production strategy of the company.
  • Define training requirements and select the development direction, training as company’s requirement.
  • Making the policies on promotion and replacement of personnel.

- Making the personnel budget

  • Building up the budget following the company’s business plan.

- Research, draft and present the regulations applied in the Company

  • Build the organizational structure of the company - the divisions/ departments and organization of implementation.
  • Establish a system of rules, procedures and regulations for the Company related to manage the human resources and supervise compliance with those rules.
  • Advise and propose to the Board of Directors to deal with issues in the field of Human Resources.

- Supporting other divisions/ departments in human resource management.

  • Supporting relevant divisions/ departments for staff training, how to recruit personnel, etc.
  • Coordinate with other divisions/ departments to allocate, transfer, promotion and the resignation process management etc.
  • Consulting the personnel policy of the company to other divisions/ departments and keep the duty to supervise the implementation.

- Other tasks as assigned by Direct Manager.


  • University graduated majoring in Human Resources, Law or other related majors.
  • Good knowledge in Labor Code, Law on Personal Income tax.
  • Communication capability in English.
  • Proficiency in office computer applications.
  • Having 03 years of experience in human resources management or equivalent position at least.
  • Work hard, patient, painstaking and faithful.
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Able to working under high pressure.
