Job Description

  • Customer Relationship:
  • Active Account Management according to an agreed plan.
  • Support team in communicating with customers when they need a higher escalation level.
  • Working closely with the BD team and partners to grow the business.
  • Operation Management role:
  • Manage Team Leaders closely to make sure all monthly payroll KPIs (timeliness, accuracy, customer service and compliance) are met.
  • Build and maintain team processes and templates, monitor implementation and problem solve issues.
  • Report to the Management Board quarterly. Contribute to a strategic plan.
  • Staff Management role:
  • Directly supervise Team Leaders, set goals, rate performance and pay bonus 1/4ly, approve leave / expenses / discipline etc.
  • Develop own direct reports and ensure training plans for all staff exist and are being carried out.
  • Monitor team workload and agree timing of new team formation with the Director. Hire Team Leaders.
  • Improve the Payroll process technique and problem solve:
  • Keep up to date on legal changes and ensure timely communication of changes to customers.
  • Problems solve customer complaints and fix the system so they don’t happen again.
  • Reach out to stakeholders in Payroll processing (government departments, HRMs in industry, current clients, potential clients) and provide thought leadership in this field.
  • Vietnamese national with a university degree;
  • From 5 years experience in Payroll Service management / Other B2B customer service or HR employee relations/C&B
  • Proven managing people in a group of >10 people.
  • At least 2 years working with MNC or foreign companies (employee or supplier)
  • Strong computer skills;
  • Calm, friendly, outgoing, personality, able to motivate and create a positive customer services team culture.
  • Good English skills (>=IELTS 5.0 - equivalent level) able to handle international standard communications;
  • Proven track record in B2B Customer service;
  • Professional look and attitude;
  • Highly organized and energetic.
