I. HR Admin Tasks
- Prepare offer letter, labor contract and C&B related documents
- Follow up labor contract/ annex expiry and proceed contract renewal
- Support HR Manager in on-boarding and termination process including documentation preparation, communication to related department, onboard/off-board checklist
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database as well as completion of employee’s personal profile
II. Payroll (internal staff and service contracted people)
- Do payroll monthly consolidation
- Make payroll payment request & get all approval level
- Make payment request SHUI+PIT+TU & reconcile contribution with government authority monthly
- Personnel cost allocation report by cost center group & average method
- Check tax return calculation monthly
- Monthly record on personnel cost
- New hire master data set up in system & penny test
III. Employee benefits
- Communicate to employees on yearly tire benefit campaign and work with relevant departments on:
- Collecting needs, consolidate on CAIs/pattern/ model, get validation from 2Ws expertise, and pass to SC team for ordering.
- Make a delivery plan, dispatch & record
- Communicating to employees on any benefit policy changes
- Health care & travel & psychological annual benefits
- Work with supplier/ buyer on claim ratio
- Update local/ zone regulation impact the scheme
- Prepare travel pattern for domestic & international trips to get a quotation
- Propose a scheme for next year if any changes.
- Manage employee’s claim and allowance payment from Government Social Insurance Fund
- Others related task to compulsory insurance
- Check, validate booking, reconcile monthly cost, do payment, record and report.
- Alert if nonalignment with policy
- Check manually and action
- Record date & allocate by cost center
- Summary & Pass to FIN
Other tasks assigned by HR Manager upon business needs.
V. Commercial data administration
- Support sales force on the data process to generate daily/ weekly/ monthly sales report
- Build a database in BI Power tools to ensure data from other sources (SFA, BSC..) synchronize.
