Job Description
- Fully responsible for C&B tasks (Annual leave, Labor contract, Payroll, Benefits, Trade Union, employee database, local compulsory insurances, ect.).
- Update employee database daily.
- Prepare monthly payroll accurately and timely.
- Make the report to Social Insurance every month as per mandatory requirement.
- Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees.
- Complete monthly personal income tax declaration for employees and report to Tax Department.
- Contact Tax authorities to handle new issues of personal income tax and inform employees promptly.
- Register Staff changes to the Service Labor, Invalid and Social Affairs.
- Implement HR policy & procedures.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field.
- At least 1 year experience in C&B/ Payroll Specialist.
- Have good knowledge of Labor Law and Tax Law.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Familiar with MS Office.
- Hard-working, flexible and willing to learn.
- Adapt quickly to changes.
- Positive mindset.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and supporting to colleagues.
