Business Development Representative

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team! As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as managing and growing existing accounts.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing & prospective clients by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
• Develop and implement action plans.
• Work with technical, NPD, R&D team where required to address customer requirements.
• Perform public presentations, demonstrations, and such activities to target audiences.
• Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
• Constantly collect, analyse, and report market information, feedback, and intelligence.
• Support accounting department for payments/debts collection.
• Drive the end-to-end sales process.
• Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.

• Good relationship and have strong customer database, especially Horeca.
• Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies. ✓ Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under stress.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to deliver results.
• Bilingual with proficiency in English speaking and writing is a plus.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint...).
