Job Description
- Make Sales of professional HR services to top businesses in Viet Nam and run the sales operation for the Payroll and Staffing Services business lines.
- Create contracts and close the deal.
- The BDM has a small team and works as part of the small Business Support team along with the accountants, marketing and administration staff.
- Vietnamese national with a university degree, business English level
- At least 3 years Experience of selling professional services in Viet Nam, and prefer at least 1 years in a foreign company / international working environment;
- Demonstrated sales track record with a proven ability to create win/win deals and handle complex pricing / service scope negotiations;
- English communication skills
