At this moment, we are looking for Business Development in Headhunt Service/ HR filed/ Recruitment/ Job Posting who have over 2 years B2B sales experience to join our team, on a daily basis, the key responsibilities include:

• Business development to acquire new clients and build relationships.
• Account management with existing clients and manage the process through interviews to offer stage and beyond.
• Offer CV, interview and general career advice.
• Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
• Work with client companies, find out about their business, their culture, their current and future recruitment needs, and develop a loyal business relationship with them.
• Building trust and providing excellent services to prospecting clients.

• Preferably candidates with at least 1 year experienced in Headhunting Service/ HR-Tech Service/ Recruitment/ Job Posting.
• Or minimum 2 years of professional experience in Business Development/ B2B Sales.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Vietnamese (Korean and Japanese are nice to have).
• Sales-focus, results-oriented and a good team player who can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick response to customers and a strong sense of customer orientation.
• Excellent communications, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, positive and self-motivated with the ability to work without close supervision.
