Offering appropriate consultancy (Marketing & Advertising services | Web-based Solutions | Products) to high quality leads.
Earning trust from clients (in different segments - SMBs, Large Business, Enterprises) (including Executives, C-levels, Mid-Management & Individual Contributors) by partnering with them to understand their business's backgrounds, challenges and insights.
Maintaining and at the same time developing a deeper relationship with existing clients to check in, continue engaging the relationship, and upsell into next offers.
Constantly communicating with clients to help instant & strategic moves to clients through services & products of redWEB, through assigned proposals & proactive proposals.
Collecting market intelligence to thoroughly understand market trends, competitors and potential future business.
Constantly expanding own network externally and internally
Taking part in building a strong Business Development team that works toward a mutual goal through training and exchanging experience
Reporting to the line-manager and management on customer needs, problems and concerns; activities of competitors and potential in developing business of products /services.
Other tasks will be assigned by the line manager, managed & developed by top management.
With 3-5 years of experience in business development and/or account management in Marketing & Advertising Agency, Media Sales, Web-based Solutions Sales, Online Advertising, or Business Consulting.
Experienced in working across multiple levels, business segments and geographies with different markets & regions.
Proven and consistent track record of executing and delivering/exceeding against an aggressive growth strategy.
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Strong sense of responsibility, a positive mindset and dedication
Strong project Management capabilities and organisational skills.
This candidate must be native in Vietnamese and fluent in English.
