• Responsible for closely working with the product owner to clarify, analyze the business requirement;
• Work closely with the agile team, as well as requesters and partners in order to support products development/presentation/training.
• Get / Research concept, business objective to provide the effective solution for the customer.
• In charge of documents writing of User Requirement Specification, Functional Specification, etc.,
• Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.
• Support in testing, verifying bugs/issues.

• At least 2-year experience in an IT Business analyst position
• Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
• Basic knowledge about the software development life cycle (Agile, Scrum).
• Experienced with UI/UX, and with a user-centric mindset or understanding.
• Writing skills, presentation documents, presentations, and training in both English and Vietnamese.
• Be proactive, initiative, flexible, conscientious, responsible, honest and prudent.
• Having experience in a product company is a plus.
