Job Description

Work closely with Product, Technology and Operation team;
Understand the business issues and data challenges of the organization and industry;
Collect business requirements from the product team, operation team or end-users;
Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations that are related to the proposed solution;
Develop functional specifications, wireframes and system design specifications;
Manage and elaborate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria;
Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into detailed analysis and reports;
Analyze requirements and draw wireframes with UX experience;
Create wireframes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas;
Develop metrics and reports that can be used to drive data-driven decisions;
Stay tuned to design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Bachelor degree in IT or related field;
At least 2 years experience in BA role on internet/consumer products, not B2B;
Experiences in the internet-product company;
Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis with users, team members, and management;
Very strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements;
Being able to produce wireframes and specs related;
