Working Address

Work closely with Product Owner to determine and understand customers’/end-users needs and desires for validating and grooming user stories.
Write down and maintain requirement documents such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Specification, etc.
Design mock-up, wireframe, developing diagrams (UML).
Work with the Development, QA and client teams to meet the acceptance criteria and product quality.
Write user manuals, conducting user training sessions and tracking feedbacks
Join regular meetings at night with product team in US.

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of IT and System Analyst experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good interaction and presentation skills with stakeholders and development teams.
Ability to explain technical subjects in a high abstraction level so that business users could understand it well.
Strong attention to detail, analytical and conceptual thinker.
Strong analysis, logical thinking & researching skills.
Comfort with working across multiple streams in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
Experience in UI/UX.
