We’re looking for a BOM Coordinator to ensure alignment of BOM-related data and reports across departments. You will be responsible for collecting and validating BOM data across the organization and raw material prices from vendors. Then, you will have to prepare the costing of our products based on the BOM and raw material data in order to support our Product Development and Sourcing team to work with our vendors.  

What you’ll be doing

- Data collection and management

- Retrieve raw and purchased material prices from vendors and stakeholders

- Maintain collected and calculated prices

- Product data and info coordination

- Prepare costings

- Cost analysis

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

- Strong proven Excel skills

- Experience with data management and reporting

- Good written and verbal English

- Good analytical skills

- Self driven and initiative

- Being able to work both individually and collectively

- Experience with purchasing is a plus

- Experience within the furniture industry is a plus
