Job Description

  • Develop and implement quarterly and annual Business Development Plan to ensure maximum adoption of Sunlight products in all sectors.
  • Assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
  • Able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.
  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
  • Keep prospective client database updated.
  • Make cold calls for new business leads.
  • Support in writing new business proposals.
  • Maintain knowledge of all product offerings of the company.
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients.
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
  • Assistance to Board of Directors in setting up sales targets, marketing policy and strategy, for both domestic and international markets.
  • Other tasks assigned by superior.


  • Diploma or University degree in Sales & Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration. Possessing knowledge in an electrical network system is an advantage.
  • Age from 25 up, professional business manner, at least 03 years of working experience in promoting electrical distribution and/or industrial electrical control products to Panel Builders, and relevant fields.
  • Good interpersonal relationships and communication skills, strong presentation skills and ability to work under pressure. Possessing the ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment. Possessing teamwork organizing and management skills.
  • Good connections with project owners, developers, M&E consultants and contractors are a definite advantage.
  • Healthy, neat, smart dressing, honesty, trustworthy and careful at work. Possessing a happy, good working attitude, customer-oriented mindset and ability to travel on long and far from home business trips.
  • Resourceful, outgoing and a team player, pleasant personality, open-minded.
  • Computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and others utility software) and English literacy (C level up or mastering English speaking, writing and listening comprehension)
  • Possess own transport will be advantageous.
