Job Description
- Support sales department in developing new products includes conduct new product surveys, process the collected data, test, build product’s standard formulas/ new materials.
- Planning, researching strategy of new products at each period;
- Market research, competitor’s new products research.
- Coordinate with purchasing to bring out standard of materials, beverage process, searching suppliers accordance to product developing criteria of Company.
- Checking product’s quality
- Coordinate with HRD, QA in training new products
- Update beverage formulas and calculate the cost of the product by excel
- Make a manual document of new product and direct training for baristas at the store
- Another tasks as assigned from department manager
- Fair appearance
- Speak English is an advanced
- Confident and dynamic personality
- At least 1 year of working experience in Barista position, F&B field
- Mastering knowledge about food safety and hygiene, quality standards;
- Ability to persuade, communicate well and take responsibility for work.
- Skills in capturing market, target customers.
- Can work under pressure
