What will a B2B Business Development Manager do?
- Build and develop NEW TEAM including 2-4 BDs
- Develop detailed business plans and monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Search, connect, exploit, build and maintain close relationships with leaders and C – Levels to upsell and expand new customers to achieve KPIs. Especially the Mid & Big Enterprise segment.
- Coordinate work with departments within the company to bring optimal solutions to customers
- Build a team of sales staff to achieve growth and sales goals.
- Recruiting, training, and developing a team of sales staff.
- Identify potential markets and market fluctuations; At the same time, always update new technologies to propose business development strategies.
- Monitor market trends and evaluate competition to recommend effective sales strategies.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Seniors

- Strong qualities in outbound hunting, dynamic, confident
- Have aspirations, like to engage, like to conquer new challenges, discover your own abilities and limits
- Ability to self-study, absorb knowledge and apply technology solutions.
- Have consulting and sales experience in SaaS solutions or working in startups and technology companies.
- Familiarity with/ have a targeted customers network is preferrable
- Good English in both verbal and speaking.
