Job Description
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE.
Responsible for repair quality at service station supporting dealers in TCMV products (including agricultural tractor, coach and light truck) in technical training, monitoring, technical support and spare parts supply support to dealers/customers, warranty activities and generating technical reports.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Dealer to Assure the proper implementation of Service processes
- Assure technical training and supports to dealers and manage warranty activities
- Assure Customer Satisfaction
- Settle customer complaints regarding repair quality of technicians
- Develop, maintain & ensure work instructions for repair job
- Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for all repair cases
- Other jobs as assigned by Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
Possessed a University Degree specializing in Automotive/ Engineering or equivalent.
Skill & Experience:
- At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Strong computer skills. (Microsoft office)
- Good at English
- Car driving license.
