Job Description
- Responsible for quality of the assigned project.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Develop test scripts and implement testing automation for new and existing project.
- Train and coach junior QA engineers and ensure they have a great on-boarding experience.
- Daily / Weekly / On-demand report to QC leader the progress and status of the assigned tasks.
- Drive QA process and standards changes to benefit high-performing teams.
- Communicate status, risks and issues to senior management and team members.
- Degree in information technology or equivalent.
- Have at least 3 years of experience as QC/QA Engineer.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Java.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Automation testing (Selenium, Appium, Cucumber or TestNG).
- Good English skills.
- Have knowledge on Web server and Web services.
- Good logical thinking and teamwork skills.
