• Join at early stage of the project
• Understand client's requirement (included business and technical requirement)
• Understand overview of project management (resources management , software development process, testing development process, schedule, estimation, plan)
• Create test plan
• Create test cases and execute test
• Create test summary report and evaluate quality

Must to have:

• Certificate of ISTQB Foundation
• Proven at least 2 years work experience
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience and deep knowledge with automated testing tools

Nice to have:

• Ability to develop automation test
• Ability to evaluate software performance
• Ability to evaluate system security
• Ability to use English in meetings (able to understand and explain simple problems).
• Positive attitude, speaking logically
• Ability to educate testers.
• Experience as a leader or PM (over 1 year)
• Experience of joining PMO
• Programming skills
