- Create concept/big ideas from the relevant insights for both the existing client campaigns and pitches that meet the strategic & business goals.

- Create and develop creative assets from 2D designs, sketch designs to static, motive graphics and videos that tell a story about each communication as well as align with the concept/big idea.

- Inspire, collaborate and guide the relevant stakeholders to generate great quality deliverables that collectively make up the completed product.

- Join the agency presentation including new business pitches, presentations in order to sell the idea, concept and creative deliverables to our clients.

- Collaborate with the client management team to work out the reasonable timeline for each project

- Guide, manage & mentor junior creative team members by inspiring passion for high-quality deliverables.

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the art/creative field within an advertising agency with a digital-driven base or a multimedia advertising industry.

- Have a great portfolio of previous works that showcases a strong conceptual ability.

- Proficient working in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, After Effects, Premier Pro.

- Confidently and effectively communicate verbally with internal teams and clients.

- Experienced with brand development, pitches, production shoots, seeing them from end to end.

- Working with internal & external teams across borders for regional clients/projects.
