Job Description

  • Decide, negotiate with, and manage outside vendors as needed (accounting firms, tax advice firms, secretarial businesses, lawyers, etc.)
  • Draft basic contracts, conduct reviews, and prepare initial versions, before seeking legal consultation.
  • Identify the tasks required for corporate management in each nation, mostly for Middle Eastern clients, and then implement them including government reporting, accounting, coordinating with secretarial firms and tax accountants, administrative duties, human resources tasks, etc.
  • Research and solve problems with the assistance of both internal and external collaboration, even for activities that are outside of one's area of skills.
  • Deliver accounting services for client organizations, including tasks such as bookkeeping, managing payments, handling payroll, etc.
  • Fulfill client requests for the establishment of new places and handle corporate management responsibilities as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance business efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and related tasks
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting in Dubai
  • Familiarity with human resources and administrative tasks, alongside accounting
  • Experience working for a startup company with 10 or fewer individuals
  • Responsible for establishing a legal entity in Dubai or elsewhere
  • Capable of working alone without requiring thorough guidance from a manager
  • Proficiency in English communication and writing

Plus:

  • Japanese speaking is a plus
  • Arabic speaking and reading is a plus
  • Experience with consolidated accounts and tax experience is a plus
