Job Description: I. Team & workload management - Responsible for the development of team members including KPI setting, capability building and proving timely and actionable feedback/ coaching exercise related to performance reviews - Understanding of programmatic discipline, cross-platform capabilities and tools to provide expert advice on optimization, buying tactics, data analytics & insights and setting the right KPI per campaign - Build, budget & execute both long-term strategic and short-term operational digital marketing plans that result in above average business growth and performance. -Manage digital campaign inclusive of Facebook, Google, App… and social media. - Manage campaign spend and performance based on client budget and KPIs - Ensure that projects within the marketing department are delivered in a timely manner, and meet the demand of clients II. Team & client collaboration - Collaborate departments in an effort to optimize programs, campaigns, based on the real-time performance - Collabarate relationships with other teams to identify innovative solutions to optimize campaigns to achieve client’s higher and higher challenges. -Work with internal production professionals and project managers in the delivery of activity, from proposals, design, and actual build - Making efforts towards reaching as many consumers as possible by building scalable multi-touch programs and campaigns that span not only online but also offline channels III. Analysis & Reporting: - Conduct research and analyses in order to deliver reports to COO on the performance of marketing campaigns and programs as well as conducting forecasting and estimations on the profitability of those campaigns - Optimize targeting and segmentation, as well as the allocation of budgets across multiple paid social channels inclusive of YouTube, Facebook, Google… in order to generate cost effective user actions - Develops report on the performance of programs and campaigns as well as propositions for strategies and approaches - Monitor and report on campaign performance - communicating learnings, best practices, and results to COO and Clients. IV.
