📣 Job Description Our L2 Support provides technical support to other operational teams when needed. This individual also responds to situations where first-line customer contact failed to isolate or fix problems. ■ Diagnosing, troubleshooting platform technical issues (production environment) on a daily basis; ■ Working as tech reference for the functional teams (L1 support, Account Manager, Sale, Marketing, etc.); ■ Coop with Dev/DevOps/Product team to ensure the platforms continuous improvement ⛔ Job Requirements ■ At least 2 years exp on tech domain for SaaS platform (production environment) ○ Network/System knowledge; ○ Product lifecycle; ○ Improvement/deployment process understanding; ■ Exp on ticketing system + knowledge base system; ■ ICT working hour, follow up in CET working hour; ■ Self-learner + dedication; ■ Worldwide team environment; ■ TOEIC at least 800 or equivalent ⛔ Preferred: ■ RESTful API knowledge; ■ Technical understanding of emailing; ■ Can join weekend on-call duty; ■ Exp in dealing with customers in frontier; ■ French is a plus.
