🔷 Job Description: - Understand about the programs and services at the Company and perform consulting and selling services to customers. - Coordinate with marketing department to organize and plan short-term and long-term programs and services for the Company. - Coordinate with marketing department to implement promotional programs, carefully analyze the benefits of customers to promote the highest efficiency of marketing plans according to the objectives. - Search and contact with potential partners for cooperation. - Develop strategies and periodic customer service. - Manage and improve Customer Relationship Managment System. - Monitor and record the number of guests coming in and out and customers' feedback. - Receive and handle customer complaints. - Perform continuously during the day assigned. - Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the Director of the Company. 2. Rights - Proposing improvement of programs and services of the Company. 3. Requirements: - Having experience in education industry is a plus. - Having experience in sales and customer service for more than 2 years. - Fluent English communication. - Dynamic, gentle and love children. - The age required is 25 years or older. 4. Benefits - Salary: from 10 -15 millions / month. - Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance regimes ... according to the law. - Enjoy the welfare policies according to the Company's regulations. 5. Working time - Working from 8:00 to 17:30. - 6 days / week. Required to work on Saturdays and Sundays and can take 1 day of on weekdays.
