🔷 Mô tả Công việc · Keys responsibilities of a brand development manager : - Oversee and deploy Brand Business Plan which include Store development, Sales forecast, Merchandise Plan, Production Plan, Marketing and Advertising Plan. - Work with Finance Department to create and control P & L - Collaborate with other departments such as Design, Merchandising, Accounting, Finance, Logistics to achieve target. - Develop Brand strategies based on customer and trend research to enhance brand positioning in the market. - In charge of Marketing strategies an budget to go in sync with the Brand plan. - Be accountable for retail & visual merchandising standards and energise store terms to deliver the most distinctive stores in the market. - Develop Product’s training guideline for relevant staffs - Take actions to increase the sales revenue and increase brand awareness to achieve KPI · Branding: - Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as to predict future trends - Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, online platforms to ensure products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of the brand - Analyse the success of marketing campaigns based on reports - Supervise product concept, marketing, adverstising, store VM to maintain consistency of the brand - Work with cross functional teams from design, merchandising, planning, finance, logistics for a vertical brand from manufacturing to retailing · Merchandise: - Set up the brand’s position and target segmentation by giving clear direction to the Design Team - Decide which ratio for each product category based on customer’s need analysis to come up with Production plan - In charge of calculating selling price based on Brand’s pricing strategies and manufacturing price budget. - Decide about the product allocation of each store and in charge of merchandising budget - Work with Production planning and Merchanding team to ensure sufficient SKU’s to display and sell - Monitor, evaluate sales performance and make immediate adjustments for merchandising - Provide market insights, competitor analysis, customer reviews to discuss with design team for each collection brainstorming - Maintain merchandise plan to ensure acceptable stock level to to keep minimum inventory level - Develop product as well as VM and customer service training guidelines for staff · Operation: - Set up store’s SOPs and staff handbook - Develop training courses for store staff - Make sure sufficient recruitment of store’s staff in accordance with the store development plan - Develop KPI measurements for sales, marketing, customer service, and store’s staff performance Store: - Actively and successfully search, choose, negotiation the right locations following the brand’s store development plan. - Work with designer team for the store concept by choosing functional furniture/ fixtures to follow the brand’s DNA and product requirements - Choose the right constructor with reasonable quotation - Together build up timeline and procedure to reach the store’s handover date Visual Merchandise: - Execute the standard VM of the store based on the brand’s visual guidelines - In charge of window’s display for each collection - Ensure all stores maintain strong commercial visual merchandising following the brand’s guidelines 🔷 Yêu Cầu Công Việc Qualifications and Skills for Brand Development Manager : - University/post-graduate degree, preferably in Marketing / Business Management - Over 7 years experience in Brand, Marketing, Product Management. - Strong fashion sense and analytical skills - Strong understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ demand - Creative mind with original and innovative ideas - Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross functional teams - Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate team members - Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time - Preferred candidates who can communicate comfortably in English to work with international team members 🔷 Thông tin khác - Độ tuổi: > 28 - Hình thức: Nhân viên chính thức
