✨Time to start working from April 1, 2019✨ 🚤 + Internal: All sections. ⛴ + External: Overseas business clients ☀ Objective of Role: 1. To build export business through recognizing prospects and selling company products to them. 2. To maintain relationships with the existing as well as new customer. ☀ Key accountabilities: 1. Keep in contact with existing customers and look for new customers to expand export, including travelling abroad for meeting, joining international exhibition,… 2. Issue quotations for products, and processes orders, contracts, ensuring adherence to Company policies regarding incoterms, promotion, discounts, etc. 3. Respond to customer inquiries and act as a liaison between customers and internal personnel. 4. Follow up orders and work close with the relevant departments to proceed the shipments as sales terms signed with customers. 5. Report on time to Manager. 6. Accomplish other tasks assigned by Manager. ☀Rights: 1. Work in line with Company rules and regulations. 2. Be entitled to benefits regulated by Company. 3. Recommend new opportunities, solution to improve export business. 4. Gross Salary: 700-1000 USD. Probationary salary: 85% * 2 months 5. 13th & KPI Salary, Union. 6. Social Insurrance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance. (Pay full salary) 7. 24/24 Health Insurance (Bao Hiem Bao Viet). 8. Leaving day, bebefits and compensation as labour law. 9. Working time: 7:30-17:00 (Break lunch: 12:00-13:00). 10. Working day: From Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun are off). 11. Working place: Tuoi Tre Building, 60A, 4th Floor, Hoang Van Thu Str, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan Dist, HCMC ☀Targets: 1. Assure export sales target by Company strategy. 2. Expand Company export business activity. ☀Entry requirements: - Major: Sales & Marketing; Economic; Foreign Trade or equivalent. - Experience: Minimum Experience Required: 2 years of B2B sales. Already worked in Export-Import business enviroments is a plus. - Knowledge: * University degree * Good knowledge of International commerce * Good knowledge of written and spoken Business English - Skills: * The ability and desire to sell * Excellent negotiation skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills * A positive, confident and determined approach * Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection * A high degree of self-motivation and ambition * The skills to work both independently and as part of a team * The capability to grow in a competitive environment * A good level of numeracy * Computer literacy in MS Office, Trading communication flatforms, e-commercial,... * Very good at English, especially communication skills - Character: * Maturity * Enthusiasm * Good business sense and a professional manner -Others: * Transportation facilities: personal motorcycles * Willing to go on business (air ticket subsidies and per diem as prescribed)
