1. Quản lý, kiểm soát và tiêu chuẩn hóa yêu cầu 4M của Xưởng lắp ráp

Manage, control, and standardize 4M requirement of Chassis / Trim Line.

2. Giám sát việc thực hiện ECN (Ghi chú Thay đổi Kỹ thuật).

Monitor ECN (Engineering Change Note) implementation.

3. Khắc phục sự cố 4M bất thường và thực hiện các biện pháp đối phó để ngăn chặn tái xuất hiện.

Troubleshoot 4M irregularities and implement countermeasure to prevent re-occurrence.

4. Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho bộ phận sản xuất để đáp ứng mục tiêu sản xuất và chất lượng.

Provide technical support to production department to meet production and quality target.

5.Phối hợp nghiên cứu hoạt động Kaizen nhằm nâng cao Chất lượng, Chi phí, Thời gian, An toàn của dây chuyền sản xuất.

Coordinate to study Kaizen activity to improve Quality, Cost, Time, Safety of production line.

6. Phối hợp thiết lập dây chuyền sản xuất 4M và tiến hành chạy thử mẫu xe mới.

Coordinate to setup production line 4M and conduct trial for new model.

7. Cập nhật bảng hoạt động và trả lời DFF (Mẫu phản hồi khiếm khuyết)

Update operation sheet and reply DFF (Defect Feedback Form)

8. Thiết lập hệ thống các hoạt động thường xuyên do cấp dưới thực hiện và xem xét các công việc và báo cáo do cấp dưới thực hiện.

Setup the system of routine activities to be done by subordinates and review the works and reports done by subordinates.

9. Thực hiện nhiệm vụ do Cấp trên giao khi cần thiết

To carry out duty assigned by the Superior when and where necessary

 Kỹ năng và Kinh Nghiệm/ Skill & Experience:

1. Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành ô tô / sản xuất là một lợi thế

Experience in automotive/manufacturing industry is an advantage

2. Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office, AutoCAD

Good computer skills: Microsoft office, AutoCAD

3. Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, có thể giao tiếp tốt Tiếng Anh

Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
