The mission of the Supply Chain Manager is to oversee Customer Service, Production/Materials Planning and Materials Control, Warehouse/Material Handling/Shipping, and Import/Export operations. Responsibilities encompass enhancing, implementing, and ensuring accountability for processes that align with Business and Operations objectives. Leading by example, this role sets clear expectations, coaches, and fosters the growth of direct reports to cultivate a high-performing and empowered team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Formulate the annual local Supply Chain strategy by blending insights from both the Global Supply Chain strategy and the local annual business development plan.
• Partner with the Company's global subsidiaries to develop and execute to meet or exceed internal & external customer needs which related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and people development.
• Oversee logistics partners to ensure timely loading, shipping, and export of customer shipments, meeting predefined service goals.
• Lead a process-focused approach, developing streamlined business processes for consistent and replicable outcomes.
• This includes, but is not limited, to Root Cause Analysis and Corrective actions through cross-functional collaboration and Structured Problem Solving
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and drive strong discipline to System Data Integrity and standard functionality.
• Build a high-performance team that includes establishing Individual Development Plans, Performance Management to key deliverables, and 1:1 Coaching and Mentoring.
• Create an empowered environment through team led tiered MDI meetings to proactively identify Service Disruptions, Financial Risks, or Resource Utilization risks.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Achieve or surpass Company Subsidiary lead-time targets while promoting transparent communication across teams.
• Exceed Inventory Turn goals by refining Planning Processes and collaborating closely with the Demand Management team and Business Leaders.
• Cultivate a quality-focused mindset for data analysis and integrity, driving meaningful Operational and Business conversations.
• Establish and hold teams accountable for SMART goals, driving process and performance excellence.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Production Planning: Demonstrated expertise in production planning and material procurement.
• Inventory Management Expertise: Proficiency in progressive inventory management principles and their practical implementation.
• Warehousing/Shipping: Proven track record in leading warehousing and shipping departments.
• Logistics: Comprehensive knowledge of international logistics and familiarity with import/export regulations.
• Communication Skills: Strong English proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
• Relationship Building: Ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships across diverse stakeholders.
• Must understand and embrace Company values and culture.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain or similar function
• Subject Matter Expert in MRP Planning Systems
• C-TPAT knowledge & working with ISO 9001:2015 is highly preferred
